Fresh Ambition promises to deliver stellar customer service. Here we have outlined our return policies and shipping info.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
Shipping is available only within the United States and it's territories. We do NOT ship internationally as of now.
Orders processed after 10am EST on Friday are processed the following Monday.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us the reason and condition of the return (i.e. refund/exchange/defect). Please note all products must be in the original, unworn condition to be accepted for returns/exchanges.
Exchanges are available anytime on unworn/unused products still in its original condition and with original packaging. This applies to size exchanges as well as exchanges for different products.
Please print out and include your confirmation email in your return package. If you lost or deleted your confirmation email, contact email@example.com with your billing and/or shipping information.
An envelope or shipping mailer should be used for return shipping of any apparel items. If available, you can use the shipping mailer we sent your apparel items in for return shipping.
A separate box should be used for return shipping of shoes/sneakers with the original shoebox inside. Please do not use the original shoe box or a plastic bag as the package for shipping. Any returns without the original shoe box or that use the original shoe box as the shipping container will not be accepted.
Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. We will issue a refund once we have inspected the merchandise and determined that it qualifies for a refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed back into your account.
For items being exchanged for a defective product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, description of defect, and a picture of the defective area on the item. Once we have determined the defective product meets our exchange guidleines, we will provide a return shipping label at our expense. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the exchange to be processed and shipped.
